Before founding Kruták Partners, Tomáš gained experience as a partner in Czech and international law firms. He was involved in the execution of key infrastructure projects, such as the procurement of the first electronic toll system in the Czech Republic, the implementation of the first PPP projects, and the introduction of paid parking zones in Prague. He has worked on the sale and acquisition of companies worth tens of billions of Czech crowns, including the privatization of Czech Telecom and Unipetrol.

Currently, in addition to transaction advisory, he focuses on projects in modern energy and e-mobility, as well as public investments in municipal infrastructure. In the field of public procurement law, Tomáš is the author of several publications, most recently a commentary on the new Public Procurement Act.

Tomáš speaks English, German, and Russian. He brews homemade beer and plays in a punk band.
