Ivana graduated from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava and has been part of ŠIŠKA & ADVOKÁTI since 2020.

She focuses primarily on corporate law and provides legal advisory services in contract law. As part of her work, she is involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, organizational changes, liquidations, real estate transfers, and all litigation related to commercial, civil, and labor law.

In addition to her main areas of expertise, Ivana also specializes in family law, sports law, and various other specific legal fields.

Ivana speaks English and loves ski jumping.
